CEO Geraldine King runs the Employment & Recruitment Federation, which was rebranded from National Recruitment Federation in December 2021. Having joined the federation in 2009, King has continued to facilitate its services and most recently led the expansion of the organization’s education portfolio with accredited programs for upskilling recruiters. Regarded as a catalyst for change in recruitment, King introduced the accredited Certificate in Recruitment Practice and the sole degree in the world for recruiters. She is an executive board member at the World Employment Confederation and has been featured on SIA’s 2022 Staffing 100 Europe list.
