Frances Lewis is a senior lawyer with international law firm Osborne Clarke LLP and leads its Workforce Solutions sector team. She has been advising staffing businesses since 1997, including some of the first UK MSP and RPO deals in the early 2000s. Lewis advises on commercial, regulatory and workplace tax aspects of engaging and supplying contingent workforces in the UK and internationally. Her recent work includes helping staffing supply chains reduce tax risk; setting up hire, train and deploy models; working with talent platforms to address regulatory and payment services risk; and helping staffing companies and consultancies operate on a statement-of-work basis.
