Farida Gibbs is founder and CEO of Gibbs Hybrid, which provides resourcing and consultancy solutions across the UK, Eastern Europe and North America. In the past few years, Gibbs has navigated the business through the pandemic while growing its Polish operation by 650% and increasing the employee headcount by 20% throughout Europe. She has also won five new global FTSE 100 clients to support international projects. Gibbs has been recognized for her accomplishments as a finalist of business growth at the Cisco Awards and has been appointed to lead the UK government’s Supplier Diversity workstream.
