Farida Gibbs is founder and CEO of Gibbs Hybrid, a resourcing and consultancy firm delivering talent and project augmentation across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and the US. Under her leadership, Gibbs Hybrid, a globally certified Minority Woman-Owned Business, in 2021 grew its Polish division by 600% year over year and won a major RPO covering MEA for the world’s largest technology firm. Gibbs is an advisor to the business panel at HM Government Cabinet Office, and she also leads the supplier diversity workstream and policy for the government.
