Elisabetta Bayliss’ 30-year recruitment career spans the UK and overseas across private and public sectors. She was appointed managing director of Hays Talent Solutions UK & Ireland in June 2018, having played a pivotal role in the service provision of MSP and RPO customers. She is responsible for ensuring clients retain a competitive advantage in talent management through the company’s technology-enabled MSP, RPO, CMO, SOW and direct sourcing solutions. Bayliss was appointed to the management board in June 2018 where she helps shape the performance and governance of the Hays UK & Ireland business.
