Eileen Sweeney, head of Adecco, North America, is passionate about changing lives and enabling organizations to thrive. In her first months in this role, Sweeney brought this philosophy into reality through the reopening of over 140 Adecco branches under a hybrid, future-forward model. This change helped create a safe and flexible environment to meet the needs of colleagues, candidates and clients while fostering a culture of approachability and accessibility with a much-needed human element. Sweeney is also a member of the American Staffing Association.
