Based in Switzerland, Dinette Koolhaas is VP and managing director,EMEA, for Kelly Services. She is also a board member for Kelly’s joint venture, TS Kelly Asia Pacific. Fluent in English, German, Dutch and French and with an MBA from the Business School of Netherlands, Koolhaas first worked as a consultant at a logistics consultancy agency in Holland. In 1997, she moved to USG People as a sales executive, where her career in staffing really began. She joined Kelly Services in 2008 as VP and regional general manager for Western Europe, where she led eight country general managers to deliver on regional and country-specific growth strategies, and was promoted to VP and operations leader for EMEA in 2013. She is a board member of the World Employment Confederation.
