Dinette Koolhaas, named senior VP and president of Kelly International in July 2020, is responsible for the operations and growth strategies of Kelly’s staffing business in Europe, the UK, Russia and Mexico. Koolhaas previously was senior VP and managing director of Kelly’s EMEA region.
