As CFO of Randstad North America, Denise Dettingmeijer drives business performance by delivering insight to further company growth. Dettingmeijer’s culture-driven approach to financial strategy and support boosted employee engagement in her department while reducing costs significantly. Dettingmeijer also advises on Randstad’s ongoing digital initiative, monitoring all HR technology investments. She also serves as co-chair of Randstad’s Executive Diversity Council, as a mentor in both the women’s and veterans’ employee resource groups. She started the Pride Network at Randstad US, and serves as its executive sponsor. Green Week, Randstad’s annual event to encourage eco-friendly practices among employees, was also launched under her leadership.
