Deb Loveridge took up the newly created role of managing director, Asia Pacific, of Randstad in March 2011 and is responsible for the strategic direction, development and leadership of Randstad’s operations across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. Based in Singapore, she is also the region’s executive sponsor for the Randstad Sourceright business and plays a key role in the growth and development of RPO and MSP business across the region. Loveridge was a founding member of Randstad’s Australian operations (then Select Appointments) back in May 1988, when it was just one small office in Sydney and was promoted to CEO of Vedior Asia Pacific prior to its acquisition by Randstad in 2008.
