As SVP of sales and marketing, Deb Dean oversees Cross Country Healthcare’s sales and marketing function, spurring revenue growth through promoting collaboration on sales pursuits. A 20-year industry veteran, Dean has held senior executive positions at some of the largest staffing firms in the US, including Kelly Services and Spherion. Most recently, she was SVP of talent solutions for VisionIT. Dean was an early participant in the beginning of MSP solutions for clients while working at PeopleNet, which is often cited as the first MSP program. She went on to lead innovative workforce solutions in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand before focusing on the US marketplace.
