Recently promoted to executive vice president at Collabera, Dawn Serpe is a member of the executive management team and responsible for sales and new business development as well as the company’s direct-hire practice, corporate marketing and DE&I. As the leader of Collabera’s talent and culture committee, she is responsible for driving the company’s values of passion, commitment, fearlessness, agility and inclusion. Serpe also started the Collabera Women’s Leadership Advisory Board to provide mentoring, coaching, webinars and networking opportunities for the women of Collabera. Serpe approaches every day with determination to take on new challenges to make a significant impact.
