Dana Shaw-Arimoto’s career spans over two decades as a staffing industry executive. The CEO of consulting and advisory firm Phoenix5 is regarded as an expert, author, speaker and coach on the talent ecosystem, diversity and inclusion. She has developed several cutting-edge programs including “Confidence360” and “Stop Settling,” a movement to help others live more authentic lives. She recently launched the Stop Settling quiz and is currently writing a book featuring tools, tips and traps to avoid to achieve sustainable work/life balance. Shaw-Arimoto serves on five staffing and disruptive tech industry advisory boards, including Reboot Accel, which supports women returning to work.
