Corinne Ripoche became CEO of Adecco Americas and Pontoon Global in July after serving as global president of Pontoon — Adecco’s total talent, statement-of-work, MSP and RPO services brand — since 2017. Having held several leadership roles since joining the Adecco Group in 1993, Ripoche has a global perspective with an activist mindset. She led Pontoon through a bold transformation that has firmly positioned the business as a market leader and industry disruptor. In her recently expanded role, Ripoche will combine her roots in staffing with her deep experience in consulting and solutions to architect the Adecco Americas transformation story.
