In the nine years she’s been with Phaidon International, Clare Cooper has been instrumental in the micro-specialist staffing group’s growth. Currently based in New York and serving as executive director of Phaidon’s Glocomms brand, Cooper and her team have doubled both headcount and revenue in North America — just within the past year. Cooper is passionate about driving diversity in technology, helping clients define a diverse hiring strategy and particularly promoting women in this field. Cooper’s success is attributed to her drive and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
