Claire Marsh, CEO of Lorien, Impellam’s technology recruitment solutions specialist, joined Lorien as a resourcer in 1998 and worked her way through the ranks being named CEO in 2016.  Marsh is passionate about diversity in both the staffing and technology industries. Under her leadership, Lorien’s executive board now comprises 60% females, compared to the FTSE 250 average of 27.3%. Lorien has also worked tirelessly with customers to widen their talent pipeline and attract more diverse candidates. In 2019, Marsh and her management team produced a best practice Diversity & Inclusion whitepaper covering the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
