Catherine Candland has led MSP/VMS provider nextSource as CEO since January 2014 and uses her international experience across multiple industries and a successful client track record to bring proven leadership and creativity to the company. Prior to joining nextSource, she was CEO of WorkforceLogic, a VMS/MSP to Silicon Valley companies including Facebook, eBay, NetApp and others. Before that, she was founder and CEO of Advantage Human Resourcing, growing the company into a $400 million firm from 2004 to 2009 before selling it to Japanese staffing giant Recruit Holdings Co. Candland is also a passionate advocate for workforce competitiveness, having served on numerous committees, boards and councils to help organizations, schools and policymakers enhance competitiveness.
