Since 2019, the Raleigh, North Carolina-based organization has consistently grown revenue to $7.8 million in 2021 from $1.6 million — and, in a period of shortage, helped provide over 2,000 jobs to healthcare professionals. Herring, who is also a member of the American Staffing Association and Black Nurse Entrepreneurs, strives to provide clients across seven states with quality care for their patients and job opportunities to certified nurses.
