Buffy White is Pontoon’s EVP, global solution design and account services. White is known in the industry for her leadership skills, and is described as a major contributor to the success of Pontoon. Pontoon offers managed service provider solutions as well as recruitment process outsourcing solutions. Based in Jacksonville, Fla., Pontoon is a division of Adecco, the world’s largest staffing firm. Pontoon ranked as the second-largest firm in terms of total MSP spend among firms taking part in a 2014 report by Staffing Industry Analysts on the VMS and MSP landscape.
