Bettina Schaller heads the group public affairs activities of The Adecco Group and serves as president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of private employment services worldwide. Active on several economic and labor-market committees, she is vice-chair of the Business at OECD ELSA (Employment, Labor and Social Affairs) Committee, a member of the B20 Future of Work and Education Task Force, and a steering group member on the World Economic Forum Center for New Economy and Society. Schaller is a founding member of The Boardroom, a Swiss initiative launched in 2021 to drive board diversity and develop a pipeline of future female leaders.
