Beth Gilfeather was the 10th employee hired at startup Motion Recruitment Partners in 1991. Today, the visionary executive serves as CEO of an enterprise that includes global RPO firm Sevenstep — which she founded in 2007 — and IT staffing companies Jobspring Partners and Workbridge Associates. Under her leadership, the company has expanded to nearly 50 countries across six continents. Over the last five years, the firm’s revenue grew by 218%, and in 2018, it announced a new investment partnership with private equity firm Littlejohn & Co. Gilfeather also led the development of a proprietary learning program with more than 150 courses covering the art and science of recruiting.
