Beth Garvey is CEO of BG Staffing, the 70th-largest staffing firm in the US with revenue of $294 million. Having joined the company in 2013 through the acquisition of InStaff, Garvey became CEO in 2018 and oversees all staffing segments. Passionate about people and their advancement, the organization has fully implemented Microsoft Teams and Voice for remote work under her leadership. She is on the board of directors for the Dallas Regional Chamber and is co-chair of the Talent Attraction committee. Garvey was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 Award for the Southwest region.
