As CEO of Malone Workforce Solutions, Beth Delano is responsible for Malone’s overall growth strategy, both organic and via acquisition, to support nationwide expansion. Recently, Delano and her team implemented an internal High Performer program to upskill current staff and organized a diversity, inclusion and acceptance steering committee to continue to build on Malone’s inclusive culture and inspire employees to learn more about each other.
