As CEO of Malone Workforce Solutions, Beth Delano is responsible for Malone’s overall growth strategy, both organic and via acquisition, to support nationwide expansion. Delano believes that encouraging a culture of being “real” promotes Malone’s continued growth and success. Recently, Delano and her team implemented an internal High Performer program to upskill current staff and organized a diversity, inclusion and acceptance steering committee to continue to build on Malone’s inclusive culture and inspire employees to learn more about each other.
