As global temporary and permanent staffing senior director of Italy-based Gi Group, Barbara Bruno has steered the €2.7 billion staffing firm to pioneer a candidate management program, including a reengineered sourcing strategy that shifts the focus from traditional to digital sourcing tools in addition to supporting the integration of acquisitions Axxis in 2021 and Focun Group in 2022. Bruno most recently led the launch of an international mobility solution in Europe, with implementation across seven countries and several pilot programs that are underway.
