Azusa Kurihara joined Indeed, a Recruit Holdings company, in 2018 and was promoted to VP of strategy less than two years later. In 2019, she helped Indeed successfully acquire Syft and rebrand it to Indeed Flex, which innovates the staffing market with technologies. Kurihara also guided the strategy discussion to expand Indeed Flex’s footprint into the US market. Indeed Flex is a complete staffing solution incorporating workforce management, VMS and a fully managed service for employers’ bespoke recruitment and staffing needs.
