April Donaldson is executive VP and a shareholder of Strategic Staffing Solutions, or S3. She leads the managed service provider practice, the company’s second-largest service offering with revenue of nearly $140 million annually. Donaldson serves as executive point for many of S3’s largest customers globally. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Donaldson partnered with SIA in the development of its Certified Contingent Workforce Professional program and serves on the program’s advisory board as the only charter partner. She also serves on the boards of the Parade Co., The Heat and Warm Fund, and the Girl Scouts.
