Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level, representing labor-market enablers in 50 countries and seven of the largest international workforce solutions companies. She chaired its European counterpart, WEC-Europe, from 2005 to 2018. She is an influential lobbyist in the international arena representing the interests of the employment and recruitment industry at large. In addition to her role at WEC, Muntz is managing director of global public affairs for Randstad. She is co-chair of the B20 Employment & Education Taskforce, coordinates the IBA Global Employment Institute’s Advisory Board and sits on the board of CSR Europe.
