Anne Heraty has been CEO of Cpl Resources Plc since founding the company in 1989. Ireland’s largest recruitment company now counts 21 brands and 48 offices across Ireland, the UK and Central Eastern Europe, with newly established offices in Boston and Munich. Revenue increased 1% year over year to €569.3 million in 2020 and gross profit rose 17.6% to €100.3 million. Heraty in 2018 helped launch Open Doors, a group focused on increasing access to the labor market for marginalized groups, and in 2019 was awarded the Hall of Fame Award at the 2019 TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards.
