Ann Webster is president of Aquent, which has ranked among the largest marketing/creative staffing firms in the US. The company operates under the Aquent brand for large clients and the Vitamin T brand for midmarket and agencies. Webster began with the firm in 1990 by co-establishing a MacTemp office in Seattle. She steadily rose in the ranks and was named president of the North America business in 2007; she took control of the global operations in 2010. The company has expanded as well with offices in seven countries. Webster is known for her passion for the staffing business and efforts for continual improvement.
