Swain has more than three decades of recruitment experience, including time as UK sales director of multinational staffing firms and managing director of recruitment training company Learning Curve. Under Swain’s leadership, the Apsco public policy team has become a revolutionary voice for its members. Swain is also the co-author of the Professional Recruiter’s Handbook.
