Ann Cattelain is the CEO of Federgon, the Belgian federation of staffing agencies. Having joined the organization in 1998 as a legal director, she rose through the ranks to assume her current role in 2020. Passionate about leading the organization by planning strategically, Cattelain thrives on making Federgon the benchmark for the labor market and human resources in an evolving digital world. Additionally, Cattelain serves as a board member and treasurer of the World Employment Confederation and VP of the European Confederation of Search and Selection Associations.
