Senior VP Andrea Schiola joined Apex Systems 18 years ago and was named a principal in the company in 2012. She also serves on Apex’s senior field leadership committee, which leads and shapes the company’s direction. Pioneering Apex’s industry alignment and growth within a specific industry, she grew the insurance services segment into its own individual industry, successfully scaling the business into Apex’s fastest-growing industry of the year in 2018. Schiola is a founding member of the women’s leadership committee at Apex; co-founder of Shine Girl, an organization empowering middle and high school-aged girls; and a member of Chief, a membership network that connects and supports women executive leaders.
