Amber Hyman is the first woman of color to serve as human resources director of BelFlex. In the last year, Hyman has focused on developing DE&I initiatives and creating Grow Workshops, empowering women to rise and advance while giving them company support, encouragement and training. She also deployed an early wage access program that enables employees to receive 40% of their earned wages the next day, rather than waiting until pay day, to help promote financial wellness. Her favorite part of staffing is the satisfaction she feels when she can help propel employees’ personal and professional success.
