CEO Allison Robinson is disrupting the workplace for moms so they don’t have to choose between family and career. Disturbed by statistics around women leaving the workplace upon starting a family, Robinson in 2016 founded The Mom Project, a digital talent platform that connects professionally accomplished women with world-class companies. To date, The Mom Project has connected more than 500,000 moms, dads and allies with opportunities at 3,000-plus companies — including Apple, Accenture, Etsy and Nike. Additionally, Robinson founded Rise, a nonprofit scholarship program focused on accelerating equity for moms and women of color by providing access to upskill tech certifications.
