Alex Fleming is country head and president of staffing and solutions UK & Ireland for The Adecco Group. In July 2019, she became a corporate director on the Recruitment and Employment Confederation Council. A champion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, she’s also an advocate for bridging the gap between education and work. Fleming is passionate about and integral to running the group’s annual CEO for One Month program in the UK & Ireland, which is designed to give career starters the chance to develop and showcase leadership potential by shadowing Fleming and her leadership team.
