It has also received the Minnesota Business Ethics Awards and achieved national standards as a Top Workplace for five consecutive years. In 2017, Doherty and her team completed the acquisition of Dahl Consulting, a professional staffing and MSP service provider in the Midwest. In May 2018, Doherty received the highest honor awarded by National Association of Women Business Owners: the Lifetime Achievement Award.
