As CEO of Doherty | The Employment Experts, Valerie Doherty is eager to embrace a new technology or an evolutionary strategy to fuel growth. In the past 18 months, the company expanded geographically with five new branch offices, achieved national standards as a Top Workplace for the fourth consecutive year, and was recently accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. One of Doherty’s most recent and honored accomplishments is her Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners Minnesota.
