Valérie Beaulieu-James joined The Adecco Group as chief sales and marketing officer and member of the executive committee in November 2020. Before that, she was chief marketing officer for Microsoft US, leading the marketing function across the region’s B2B portfolio. Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years, during which she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since January 2015; she has also been a director and board member at Orange — a network operator and digital service provider — since May 2022. She is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion and making the future work for everyone.
