Traci Fiatte, CEO of professional and commercial staffing at Randstad US, oversees Randstad Professionals, Tatum, General Staffing and Strategic Accounts. These combine to include 2,000 internal employees at more than 600 locations and collectively represent about half of the Randstad US portfolio. Fiatte has most recently focused on incorporating digitization in the proper places, and her vision led to the development of matching and conversation technologies to improve the interactions between job candidates and recruiters. Fiatte is a member of “Women in Randstad Empowering Development” at Randstad, and a board member of the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
