Diversity has always been a driving force throughout Tracey Klein’s career. She is executive director of GettingHired, an Allegis Group company that connects individuals with disabilities to inclusive organizations. Since assuming leadership of GettingHired in 2015, Klein has built a strong infrastructure through enhancing products and services, appointing new leadership in operations, and refining GettingHired’s go-to-market strategy. Under her leadership, GettingHired has increased its total contract value by 43% and increased average contract term by 31%.
