Abbtech Professional Resources Inc. has had its “best year ever” in 2018 under the leadership of president Threase A. Baker, with increased sales and retention rates, low turnover, and, most important, excellent client satisfaction ratings. Baker is described as “the ultimate idea girl” and a “staffing matchmaker” by colleagues, and her passion for the staffing industry is evident in her leadership of Abbtech for the last 30 years. The staffing industry veteran is on the board of directors of the American Staffing Association, co-chairs the Women in Leadership Council, and gives back through mentorships with college graduates entering the industry.
