Recently appointed CEO of ICon Professional Services, Teresa Creech has more than 20 years’ experience in human capital management, specializing in complex program design, including MSP (domestically and globally), IC classification and engagement, and the blending of workforce management solutions. Creech is passionate about enabling the free agent marketplace as well as finding optimal intersection points for variable and fixed talent strategies. She has worked for two of the industry’s largest MSP providers, where she was a pioneer in the evolution of global solution design, delivery and governance. Creech is a frequent speaker on market trends, talent economics, policy, compliance strategies, and workforce management program architecture. She has also been on SIA’s Staffing 100 list since 2011.
