Teresa Carroll manages the Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG), consulting with clients worldwide in addition to managing the account management, sales and delivery functions for the company’s global strategic client portfolio. She was among the first in the industry to advocate applying supply chain principles to the holistic management of talent in order for companies to better align their workforce plans and business goals. Under her leadership, KellyOCG has recorded five consecutive years of double-digit growth. In 2015, KellyOCG segment revenue increased nearly 15% year-over-year to $674 million. Carroll has garnered numerous industry awards and serves on the advisory council of the Workable Futures Initiative at the Institute for the Future, an independent, nonprofit research organization.
