Already president of PeopleReady, Taryn Owen recently added COO to her title at the industrial staffing provider, as well as president and COO of TrueBlue’s RPO brand, PeopleScout. This is a significant expansion of her current role, but Owen is no stranger to large-scale efforts: Not only does PeopleReady work with 98,000-plus businesses, putting more than 221,000 people to work last year alone, but this year Owen also tackled a digital transformation project, branding overhaul and a companywide culture campaign. She also launched a project connecting job seekers to work through a seamless, 100% virtual process. As a champion of career development, Owen is proud that women comprise more than 65% of her leadership team.
