Tanya Axenson handles all aspects of global human resources for Allegis Group Inc., the fourth-largest global staffing provider and the largest staffing firm in the US, while spearheading the development of the company’s human resources strategy. Prior to assuming this role in February 2015, she was chief human resources officer for Aerotek Inc., an Allegis Group operating company. Axenson oversaw all aspects of Aerotek’s human resources, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. Her leadership philosophy focuses on the importance of inclusion, engagement and a commitment to helping individuals realize their professional and personal goals.
