Tanya Axenson is VP, human resources for Aerotek, and serves as global head of HR for Allegis Group. In these roles, Axenson oversees all aspects of global human resources while spearheading the development of the company’s human resources strategy and human capital initiatives. Her leadership philosophy focuses on the importance of inclusion, engagement and a commitment to helping individuals realize their professional and personal goals. Prior to her HR career, Axenson practiced labor and employment law and earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
