Tania De Decker, in her role as global director, life sciences for Randstad, is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the brand’s global strategy. De Decker has more than 22 years’ experience in the staffing industry, having originally joined Randstad in 1994 as a branch manager in Ghent, Belgium. She was promoted to regional manager in 1999 and between 2003 and 2006 was senior director of international accounts before being promoted to her current role.
