As second vice chairman, Susan Dietrich is one of the most senior executives at the American Staffing Association. She founded the western chapter of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, an affiliate of the ASA. A second-generation staffing industry entrepreneur, Dietrich is principal owner of TOPS Staffing LLC, which was founded by her mother in 1987. She is founder and principal owner of TVS Inc. (1996); AllTek Staffing & Resource Group Inc. (2002); e-Staff Consulting Group and AccountStaff Inc. (2005); Sterling Office Professionals (2008); and ePro Technical Group (2013). All are based in Pittsburgh, Penn. Dietrich also has served on the ASA chapter leadership council and the chapter past presidents committee.
