Sue Marks is a long-time innovative leader in the RPO industry. In 2005, she launched Brookfield, Wis.- based Pinstripe, which acquired UK-based Ochre House in 2013; Marks restructured the global company to operate as the Cielo brand in May 2014. An RPO expert, Marks and her teams continue to expand the global RPO provider’s geographic footprint and product offerings. Cielo counts more than 100 clients and operates in almost 70 countries. Marks is president of Competitive Wisconsin Inc. She is the winner of the Marquette University College of Business Administration’s Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship and a three-time winner of both the Working Woman 500 designation and the Future 50 of Wisconsin.
