Sue Bhatia founded Rose International in 1993; the organically grown company now serves all 50 states, largely driven by Bhatia’s focus on technology innovation and staff professional development initiatives. It is also one of the nation’s largest minority- and woman-owned workforce and technology solutions firms. This year, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council named Bhatia a “Woman of Distinction.” Bhatia also continues to serve on the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s board of directors, working to support the advancement of minority business owners in a globalized corporate supply chain. She is the first female minority business owner to serve on the NMSDC’s board in this capacity.
